Please contact us at somamdacademy@gmail.com with any inquiries. To begin we will need verification of good standing with The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons or The College of Nursing. A 50% deposit will be taken once approved to secure a position in the class.
We understand that there will be times when certain circumstances cannot be predicted. To make this stress free process, we will refund you the full deposit if a cancellation is requested 30 days before the course. If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will not be returned.
Once the deposit is paid and a position in the class is secured, we will expect the balance to be paid 14 days prior to the course date.
We will accept e-Transfer, Cash or Cheque.
- Your course registration is considered a firm commitment from you to attend a specific course date
- The trainee will be responsible for travel and accommodations however we would be more than happy to assist in finding a suitable place if needed. All meals will be provided during the course
- All funds are in Canadian dollar
- SOMA MD reserved the right to cancel, postpone or change any course as necessary
- Payments are non-transferable and are used to reserve a seat for a specific course date
- SOMA MD is not responsible for hotel, airfare or other expenses incurred due to course changes/cancellations
