How can I enroll in a course?2020-07-27T14:14:04-07:00

Please contact us at somamdacademy@gmail.com with any inquiries. To begin we will need verification of good standing with The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons or The College of Nursing. A 50% deposit will be taken once approved to secure a position in the class.

What happens if I can’t make it to my course?2019-04-13T15:02:52-07:00

We understand that there will be times when certain circumstances cannot be predicted. To make this stress free process, we will refund you the full deposit if a cancellation is requested 30 days before the course. If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will not be returned.

When will I be responsible for the full payment?2019-04-13T15:03:20-07:00

Once the deposit is paid and a position in the class is secured, we will expect the balance to be paid 14 days prior to the course date.

We will accept e-Transfer, Cash or Cheque.

  • Your course registration is considered a firm commitment from you to attend a specific course date
  • The trainee will be responsible for travel and accommodations however we would be more than happy to assist in finding a suitable place if needed. All meals will be provided during the course
  • All funds are in Canadian dollar
  • SOMA MD reserved the right to cancel, postpone or change any course as necessary
  • Payments are non-transferable and are used to reserve a seat for a specific course date
  • SOMA MD is not responsible for hotel, airfare or other expenses incurred due to course changes/cancellations
